We recommend using 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil when preparing this meal. A pinch of sugar is added to give a little sweetness to the taste. The use of sugar (in moderation) is recommended to maintain your overall health.
Aside from a pinch of sugar, we will also add in a pinch of salt as part of the recommended seasoning to enhance the overall taste. Similar to the use of sugar, you are also advised to use salt in moderation when seasoning your meals.
